In simple terms, a Condominium involves owning a “UNIT,” having common ownership of the “COMMON AREA,” and belonging to an “ASSOCIATION.” The ASSOCIATION, represented by your Board of Directors, is responsible for operating, insuring, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the COMMON AREAS. Your Board also ensures compliance with all rules and regulations and establishes new policies when needed. As the Association manager, we work directly with your Board of Directors, assisting in the overall operation of your ASSOCIATION and serving as a liaison between you and your Board.
